Energy-Boosting Breakfast Wrap

Prep and cook time:  10 minutes     Serves 1

2   scrambled organic eggs
½  ripe avocado
1   handful of greens
1   sprouted grain or brown rice tortilla
Himalayan pink salt to taste

Prepare eggs. Warm tortilla on a pre-heated griddle or skillet for 15 seconds on each side. Place all ingredients in the center of the tortilla and roll up burrito style. Enjoy!

Option: In place of the eggs, try using brown rice and/or black beans.
