½ pineapple, cut into bite-sized chunks
1 cup mango, cut into bite-sized chunks
1 cup plain 2% Greek yogurt
¼ cup dried coconut flakes
Place all ingredients into a bowl, mix, and serve!
Notes: This is the simplest and most refreshing dessert to enjoy in warm weather. Depending on the sweetness of the pineapple, you may want to add a little honey.
