Soothing Ginger Tea

Prep and cook time:  15 minutes     Serves 1

1½     cups pure water
1        3″ strip of fresh ginger root, peeled
1        teaspoon honey or coconut sugar, if desired

Boil water and pour over fresh ginger root. Cover mug while steeping for 10 minutes. Sip and enjoy. Add 1 teaspoon of honey or coconut sugar if desired.
