1 bunch cauliflower, cut into florets
10 brussel sprouts, halved
6 red beets, peeled and cubed
coconut oil spray
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a baking sheet pan with coconut oil. Place vegetables on baking sheet and spray veggies with coconut oil as well. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes.
